COOKIES & PASTRIES
Rugelach - most popular, yeast dough or Cream Cheese dough with variety of fillings: chocolate, chocolate with raisins, apricot, raspberry, strawberry, apricot with cinnamon-sugar, cinnamon sugar with walnuts, fig jam with walnuts, dried fruit filling (chopped dates, prunes, cranberries) and more. Fillings always vary - call or email for latest variety.
Danish Braid - Fresh Danish dough with low fat cream cheese and a touch of honey, with Cherry or other jam variety filling, Cheese and Raisin filling.
Apple strudel – Puff pastry filled with lots of apples. There are so many apples that you’ll think you’re in an apple orchard! Nuts are optional.
Almond Crescents - European Butter and almond cookies dusted with powdered sugar. Another favorite!
Raspberry strips - Lower fat shortbread cookies with jam centers.
Chocolate Spread Drops - Soft chocolate cookie with milk chocolate spread.
Brownies - Rich fudgy brownies, yet lighter and lower fat.
Cupcakes and Muffin Varieties- Maple, chocolate, apple, coffee cake swirl, blueberry, raisin, vanilla, banana, strawberry, lemon, marble, red velvet, cranberry, coffee and caramel, zucchini.
Shaped Sugar Cookies - Shaped Sugar cookies are the perfect cookie for all occasions and holidays from Christmas and Hanukkah to Valentine’s and Easter.
Tortes - Flourless almond roll with whipped cream or mousse filling.
Austrian Nut Torte: thin almond and hazelnut layers filled with luscious butter cream, topped with poured fondant and chocolate drizzle. An elegant dessert for your guests!
Napoleon- thin puff pastry layers filled with cooked Eastern European cream recipe.
Torte “Elegant”- A layer of chocolate cake sandwiched between two layers of flourless hazelnut and chocolate chunk torte filled with Italian butter cream. Dusted with cocoa or wrapped in a chocolate “collar” draped over the top of the cake.
Upside down cranberry coffee cake – A new twist with great flavor and made with fresh cranberries and caramel topping.
Cranberry coffee cake - Dried cranberries and moist cranberry filling swirled thru this light cake make it a delight.
